$1,000 Sponsor: Sponsorship includes name recognition on the Sponsor Board and 2 golfers in the tournament

$500 Sponsor:    Sponsorship includes name recognition on the Sponsor Board and 1 golfer in the tournament

Mulligans / Red Tees:

$30/person for 1 Red Tee and 2 Mulligans

Hole Sponsors:

Cost is  $250 per hole

-Payment cannot be accepted with on-line registration.  Please use your confirmation e-mail as an invoice. Please send payment to SC  Health Care PAC, 176 Laurelhurst Avenue, Columbia, SC, 29210.    No telephone registrations will be accepted.

-Take I-26 W toward Spartanburg
-Merge onto US-221N via EXIT 28 toward Spartanburg

-Go 2.6 miles and make a right onto Stone Station Rd, SC-215

-Turn Left onto Carolina Country Club Rd.

-Go aprox. 2.6 miles to the Golf Course

From Greenville/Spartanburg:

-From I-385, merge onto I-85N via Exit 36 toward Airport/Spartanburg
-Take SC-290/Exit 63 toward Duncan/Moore
-Turn right onto E Main St/SC-290
-Turn left onto US 221 N (about 8 miles)
-Turn sharp right onto SC 215/Stone Station Rd.
-Turn Left onto Carolina Country Club Rd.
